Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Alternatives to Pathworks?
Dear list,
we have a 8.1.7 running on NT4. A NT-service copies flatfiles from a VAX/VMS and starts a batch, which imports the data into the DB. VMS is reached via Pathworks. Now, when Pathworks is installed an the machine running the instance, the instance seems to become instable and dies under some circumstances. Is there any alternative to pathworks? Our customer don't want to install TCP on VMS, because the machine is at it's limit.
Thanks in advance
Mit freundlichen Grüßen
