Have you looked at the MySql migration workbench?
I don't know if it has what you're looking for, but you never know.

Does anyone know of a PL/SQL package that defines functions to emulate MySQL builtins? That is, MySQL functions like:
substring_index(...) unix_timestamp(...) find_in_set(...)
If not I guess I may be writing one myself...
