migrating browser queries

Hello,
We are migrating Oracle Browser v2.0.9.2.8 users from one database to another. Users have browser queries saved in the source database. How can these saved queries be migrated into the target database? Users are now only able to connect to the target database (so they cannot save to .brw files and load into the target).
