Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Enqueue tuning
Hi All,
I have a batch job that seems to have a lot of enqueue waits (second longest wait time (337156 cs?) from v$session_event). I have read that increasing the enqueue resources does not solve this problem as I have no ORA-52 & ORA-53 errors. (I have increased it by a factor ten to try it and no better results.)
What can I look at to try and improve this waiting??
THX Jack
