Do you have access to the operating system command line?

imp help=y or exp help=y will give you the syntaxt to use at the command line.

Hi All,

I have just installed Oracle 9i server on a test machine and I cannot find the import/export utilities. There is no EM like version 8 or DBA studio as in 8i.
I started EM console and saw wizards but I always get "wizard can only be used while connected to oracle management server". I have never needed this before. How can I just do a simple import/export?

Oracle 9i/Win 2k environment

Thanks
Rick
