urgent help needed conversion

I'm in the middle of a conversion and something is holding the conversion program:

v$session_wait:

SUBSTR(EVENT,1,20) SUBSTR(P1TEXT,1,30) SUBSTR(P2TEXT,1,20)

This program is a batch program and not waiting for any user commands any ideas asap will
be appreciated!
