Poor dc_histogram_defs hit rate

I have a database w/ a library cache hit rate at ~99%, disk cache hit rate ~98%, but the dictionary cache hit rate is 82%.

The biggest problem looks like dc_histogram_defs:

Does anyone know what would be causing this?
