NOTE.
 According to Tony Jambu author of "Oracle's New Pricing, Oracle 9i Features and Some Good Utilities" article in the 4qtr 2001 issue of Select. Page 42 (ironic about the page number)
"The answer is 50 not 42 (for those HGTTG fans, you know what I mean)."  Just another spin in the galaxy.
