One more thing .... maybe it was a error on our side ...

We setup OEM to monitor all production, ACPT and development servers and when all connections were specified, by mistake SYS user was used. Now OEM wouldn't let me use TOP SESSIONS etc on my 9i databases saying that I must connect as SYSDBA. So we finally reconfigured the connections to connect as SYSTEM, now everyone is happy.

Has anyone looked at Index Analysis tool yet? What's your opinion on that? Raj
