My personal guess would be that tablespace 3 is the temporary tablespace for the user issuing the query, and the "order by" is causing a sort that will use up space in your temporary tablespace. Removal of the "order by" eliminates the sort, which is why the statement is successful with removal of the "order by". Received on Fri Oct 19 2001 - 16:37:13 CDT
