Yes, the release is the same.

The releases are the same too ?. Also , maybe the NT
one is more fragmented than the VMS one. However the
script that creates the view it is a little
complicated. It is based on fet$, ts$, etc... And
depends on the release it is located in the script
named as catspace.sql
