Have a look at log miner.

That will also help, although you need to go log to log, so if it is a long period of time, it take a few.

is it possible to identify only those objects that have changed since a given date? Wait ... I know last_ddl_timestamp but we would like to EXCLUDE stored code which has been recompiled and INCLUDE only those procedures/ functions/ packages that were created.

any ideas?
