As an 8.0 to 8.i migration tool, Oracle provided a checklist for upgrades (Metalink note 133920.1). This note has a couple of scripts that do a full export, then awk the dmp into a somewhat reasonable script.

You'd need to play with it a bit to get preciely what you need, but I believe all the pieces might be there . . . HTH
