try this where clause
WHERE timestamp_date between to_date('06-sep-01 21:22:34','DD-mon-YY HH24:MI:SS') and to_date('06-sep-01 22:01:57','DD-mon-YY HH24:MI:SS') AND user_id_no = 0;
