DBMS_JOB statement

Hallo,

Can anyone tell me a example on a script which does the following:

• Starts a job, a pl/sql-procedur, at 6 pm every day,
• If something goes wrong then I want information to be logged.
  (Should I include the logging in the pl/sql procedur)
