Eric;
I was a CONSULTANT. Have been a CONSULTANT for clients owning DEC/COMPAQ going back almost ten years. I am not a bad person, and I hope you like me. Because I want a chance to hit you over the head with my mail rhet - eric.
My experiences with DEC have been spotty, from pretty good to hideously and expensively ineffectual. It's the unpredictability that really kills me.
Sounds to me like you are angry about something. I can identify. You see, I hate sh*tty service, too.
Oh, I'd call you a name, but I ran out of adjectives. :-)

Eric:
I am a CUSTOMER. Have been a CUSTOMER of Dec/Compaq for more than 20 years.
In those 20 years I've ACTUALLY PAID MONEY FOR PRODUCTS. I'm not a lying
vendor, nor
am I a lying employee.
My experiences with DEC/Conpaq have consistently been between good and excellent.
Sounds to me like you're having a bad day (month? year?) If you got all of that out of Jon's comment, maybe you should be writing for the Jerry Springer show????
