Kind of long, kind of wordy... But I used these at a previous job for Job descriptions/functions in building a career path for DBA's (entry, Jr, Sr,etc).. Not sure if this is what you are looking for..
This data came from several different sources. We just "pulled it together" and added a few items related to our environment... But it was used in building the job descriptions/career path(the HR stuff) for a centralized Oracle DBA team...
