Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Fail over with ODBC and standard edition
Do you need to have Enterprise server for the odbc fail over to work. I have
standard edition on a MS cluster and the odbc connection doesn't stay
connected after failover. It doesn't indicate that you need enterprise (at
least not that I noticed) for this feature to work, but so far I haven't
been able to find a magic combination to make it work.
