Hi listers,
AIX 4.3.3.0, Oracle 8.1.7
I have been recieving ORA-01041on some clients with "Hostdef extension doesn't exist"
I searched Metalink looking for some answers and all the info points to semaphores configuration vrs oracle processes.
Oracle processes is set to 500, but I don't know where to look at semaphores
parameters.
I found some info that says I should look at SEMMNS kernel parameter, but
can't find where and how to look for it.
I will appreciate any info on this topic, thanks!
