OEM on HPUX

Guys, has anyone set up Enterprise Manager 9.0.1 on HPUX?
More specifically the Intelligent (now there's a misnomer!!) Agent?

When I try to autodiscover nodes, it says the Agent is not running.

I then run

agentctl status

and get the message

Required configuration file snmp_ro.ora not found

This file is in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin, is owned by the ORACLE user and the directory specified above is in PATH.

Anybody got any clues??
