One of the easiest ways would be to spend
money and get the Oracle Transparent Gateway for Microsoft SQL Server. Its
available on NT. With the gateway you can run queries and
updates and such from your Oracle Database to the SQL Server database as
if they were on the same box.
We used to use the Oracle Transparent
Gateway for DRDA to talk to our IBM DB2 mainframe database. Worked
Great.

i'd think if u are abandoning oracle for M$, then check their website,
i'm sure they have a way to do it, just like oracle's website has a way to go
