If you want to you can put the code into the 'what' parameter of dbms_job.isubmit, but it is not a recommended practice.

Hallo,
How can I schedule a pl/sql job, I want this to happen:
Every Sunday at 11 pm I want to do an insert into a table. How shoudl I write the code in the DBMS_JOB satement.?
