Hi Again DBA's

We are running Oracle 8.0.5 on NT 4.
I read that Oracle is implemented as one multi-threaded process on NT. I observe two ORACLE80.EXE proceses running in the Task Manager. There are also two STRTDB80.EXE processes running as well. Does the number of ORACLE.EXE processes represent the number of databases that are open?
