RE: environmental variables

John, may be it is a dump question.. but... there are certain directories my variables would go under. Note: I am declaring custom environmental variables. How do I address this issue?

Simple. Put them in a batch file:

@echo off
set env1 = One
set env2 = Two
set oracle_sid = mydb
...

Then reference like normal

C:\> echo %oracle_sid%
mydb
