Picking up the tab

I have to document our Oracle databases for the case where I'm e.g. hit by the proverbial bus. So if you DBA folk were to come on site to pick up the tab and start managing our databases what information would you like to be able to refer to, to allow you get up to speed as quickly as possible with our set-up.
