Hm... So, you will shut down the machine, then run this tool which will know exactly where to look for all of the correct files, then convert them to the correct OS format, probably tar and then ftp to correct box and start up Oracle?
I guess that sounds like a pretty complicated tool, but most people will probably stick with export --> ftp --> import.
I guess if it were actually pretty solid, you might get it bought by Quest of one of those guys.
