No response from Forms Server in iAS 1.0.2.2

I installed iAS 1.0.2.2. on a server that already had 8.1.7.1.3 and OEM 2.2. installed on it.

The forms and report NT services are up.

When I enter http://hostname:9001/dev60html/runform.htm <http://hostname:9001/dev60html/runform.htm> , IE5 says it has contacted the server, waiting for response, but nothing ever happens.

I looked in metalink and in technet to see if there is any more info on this, but didn't find any.

I must have overlooked something obvious.
