You may have to run this script for couple of times(atleast 2) due dependancies and then see the results. You can also try to compile it manually. If still there are invalid call Oracle Support and they might advise you to drop most of them as some of them are product related which might not required by your system.

I have just upgraded 8.0.5.2 to 8.1.6 and some of my objects are invalid. I have tried to recompile them to no avail. I did the upgrade manually running the script :u0800050. Is there anything else I needed to run???
