Look at the parameter mts_dispatcher in the init.ora. Probably you'll see this:

mts_dispatchers =
"(PROTOCOL=TCP)(PRE=oracle.aurora.server.SGiopServer)"

I suggest you to choose on the Database Assistant the option of generating the scripts. And before running these, renmark the parameter.
