SUN cluster error

Hi
When I shutdown and start sun cluster.I got following error Jul 27 12:49:54 ID[SUNWcluster.ha.haoracle_fmon.2050]: :samp: RDBMS error, but HA-RDBMS Oracle will take no action for this error code where samp=DB name
Let me know what could be reason?Any suggestion. Thanks
