Start at Oracle Technet there is documents on installing and administering on Solaris.
After that maybe ask specific questions on this list about something you don't understand and provide error messages if you have any from installing or using it.
It isn't all that hard if you just want to get it up and running. The document is pretty straight forward and mostly self explanatory. If you need to do more like set up correct tablespaces and specific rollback segments to say run Oracle Financials, then perhaps you should look at spending some money on a experienced DBa to consult and or assist.
