Well, first of all, you could use dbms_utility.analyze_schema() and analyze all the schemas except SYS ... or couldn't you run dbms_utility.analyze_database() and then dbms_utility.analyze_schema('SYS','DELETE') to remove SYS's stats. What about one of those?
