Delete from table;
which will remove all rows while leaving the previous data for the other users until you commit;

Thank you for your answer.
Unfortunatelly I can't truncate, then insert into ... select ( I myself
thought about it before )because
the tables are always used ( there are always a few users connecting to
database).
