ahhh no, oracle has already claimed desupport for ONS, whereas
they've not for pl/sql.

TNS_ADMIN variable to point tothe centralized file.Another is to
have the LAN guys add a check to their login script to check tosee if the
TNSNAMES.ORA has been updated and if it has, have it pushed down whenthe
