There is no ORA_DBA group, which I guess is a problem. Is this supposed to be created during the Oracle installation?

To log on as INTERNAL in svrmgrl on NT, the user must be a member of the ORA_DBA group, not the Administrators group. Is the user in question a member of the ORA_DBA group?
