OT: fuser know how

Hello all,

Could any one please tell me how fuser works on unix? Does fuser provide information on each and every file system being used for a partcular file or process?

I have looked at the man for fuser but dont understand how to use this.

say eg I want to know what file systems does a particular process use will I use fuser for this and if yes then what exact command do i say?
