Re: private/public rollbacks

Basically public rollback segment are used on OPS. They don't need to be in init.ora and are public for all the instances. Although it can be used on non-parallel servers. I heard about bugs using it on non-OPS while I was using 7.X. However I don't know nothing about problems on 8.X.
