RE: Oracle Support

I too had a very good experience the day before. Called OWS over the phone.. (liked their new classical music, BTW) with Priority-1 call.
Got an analyst within 5 minutes. He knew what he was talking about and resolved the problem within the next 20 minutes. He called back after an hour later to make sure the database was up and okay and asked my permission to close the TAR.
BTW, he was from Colorado Springs support center and I had called during the normal business hours in the US (Central time zone)...

Hope they keep improving...
