As far as I know, all the Oracle background processes on Windows NT/2000 run under the oracle executable. So, in Task Manager, for example, all you can see is the resource usage of oracle.exe, not of the individual processes. The only way I know to monitor the individual Oracle processes on NT/2000 is from within the database.
