form 4.5 bug ?

   Hello friend and guru

 Currently I 'm working on a form using form 4.5 , in the sudden when I execute the form , I get a different display instead of the form I execute in my oracle menu ? Why is it happen ? Is it becoz of Oracle bug ? Or Oracle take from the Memory directly which still resist in and it will automatic call out the old format instead of the latest format ??

 I'm running in Oracle 7.3.2 , Form 4.5
