nope, sorry, I can't do that.... tools that would work well for me might not for you and I can't in good conscience endorse one thing over another.
Evaluate on your own, check out Mark's tools, Quest's, Embarcadero, Precise, BMC.... I know I'm missing someone here, it's not intentional.
Different tools may be too expensive for me but not you. Or vice versa. Or too difficult for me to configure but not you. And so on.
