I would recommend adding where owner not in ('SYS','SYSTEM') cause those you cannot control.

Sounds to me like most of your database objects are in SYSTEM tablespace (ie SYS1ORCL.ORA).

Try

select owner, tablespace_name, count(*)
from dba_segments
group by owner

If you've got lots of things in SYSTEM that are not owned by SYS, SYSTEM then its

1. time to fix a lot of this up
2. get a consultant/senior DBA to come do a review of your system - there's probably a lot of things that can be improved upon
3. glean as much knowledge from them in the process
