problem encountered while exporting

Hi All,

I'm trying to export a (8.0.4) database using a an exp from an 8.0.4 database. But I'm getting the following error.

Connected to: Oracle8 Enterprise Edition Release 8.0.4.0.0 - Production With the Partitioning option
PL/SQL Release 8.0.4.0.0 - Production
Export done in US7ASCII character set and EE8ISO8859P2 NCHAR character set Note: grants on tables/views/sequences/roles will not be exported

About to export the entire database ...
. exporting tablespace definitions

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 904 encountered
ORA-00904: invalid column name
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully 

Note:

This error is obtained only when a full database export is done.when a user level export is done then this does not occur!!.Your help invaluable as usual!
