in my case the former... damagement is more interested in seeing my smiling face than in how much gets done while i'm here.

well, i have a cell phone and a pager [with an email address but no reply capability.] so when i'm on the phone dialed in i can talk on the cell and still get a page.

problem: they complain how much i use the cell.

and no i'm not changing the .sig.;-)
