ORACLE redo log archival ERROR????

Hi All,

Can some one throw some light on this problem

Some of the Objects are INVALID in SYS. I tried to RECOMPILE them and I am getting the following error

auto archive mode --- ON
Oracle is running on the NT 4.0 Server. Version - 8.17
