No, but I did locate one in Elbonia.
Since they have no diplomatic relations with any North American or European countries, they can get away with publishing anything you want.
Shoot, they even burn Solaris and Oracle CD's and practically give the stuff away.
Several software companies have added Elbonia to their list of countries that their software may not be exported to, due to their flagrant violations.
