No, it is the same ram as a Sparc 20, Ultra 1, Ultra 60, Ultra 80, Ultra 30, E450, E450R, E250R.
Depending if you put 1, 2, 4 dimms in.
The memory isn't too badly priced, it is still more than PC new. But not as
exspensives as some of them.
They are actually quite fast for the MHz/Bus speeds. Not nearly as fast as
my u10 with 10 disks, but not bad at all.

Can't you just put standard RAM in those? It's not actually proprietary memory is it?
