RE: Oracle Enterprise Manager

Standard OEM is free with all Oracle databases as far as I'm aware, you have to pay for the extra modules such as Performance Pack & Diagnostics..

I am a little confused. Is the Oracle Enterprise Manager part of Oracle 8i
(8.1.7) Standard Edition or do I have to pay extra for it? Thanks.
