Hi,
I have got this response from many and checked that the site is OK.
May be the problem is with your proxy. I too can't access any site from my office which has an underscore within url, not the case when I access from my home. I think this is something to do with Proxy settings.
Please check if you can change proxy settings/ try alternate solutions.
