Either MS ODBC or Oracle driver can do the connectivity. I found out that MS ODBC is more user-friendly.

Crack out some manuals double quick - get some RDBMS training, and learn a little about what you are playing with here!
Sybase and Informix are not actually applications - they are Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMSs) that are competitors to Oracle.
To answer the question though - I think - you can probably connect to these databases through some kind of ODBC connectivity - or a "Gateway" product - though I have never done this..
